Hi everyone! Kandi here today to share a fun tip using your Skipping Stones Design background stamps! You could use several different stamps for this technique, but background stamps work so well with this little tip!
To make your own customized flowers and buttons, pull out some craft or Staz-On inks so the images will be easily stamped onto the various surfaces.
I stamped this flower with white craft ink and the buttons below in black Staz-On. Both pieces were stamped with an image from Timeless Textures.

Add your flowers and button to finish off a card! The sentiment is from Always Here.

This would be super cool combined with the video they have on http://www.splitcoaststampers.com right now on how to create your own buttons. They use a paper punch, cardstock, glue, big bite hole punch, and some glossy accents. Then they punch the same shape 5 times, glue them directly ontop of each other (then do what you did here with the background stamp), punch the “button holes”, then add the glossy accents. How cool that both of these ideas come out in the same week! Thanks for sharing!
That is just super fun! Very cute!
