We’ve been so anxious to annouce our new September 2011 through February 2011 Design Team!!
I am me. I am a wife, a daughter, a sister, and a friend. I am an artist. I am a crafter. I laugh. A lot. I really really really like to make stuff. I create art dolls, do a lot of paper crafting, and I love mixed media. I have two beautiful black labs and a fabulous husband of over ten years who supports my hours in my studio with love. Stamps and I get along REALLY well. Just say’n.
My name is JoAnn, but most people in blog-land, my closest friends, & DH call me Jo. 
I live in Northern California and I’ve been married to my high school sweetheart for almost 7 years – we’ve been together for 16! We have two beautiful, bright, and energetic children (ages 4 and 2) who fill our lives with so much joy & happiness (with the occasional fight or two, of course!). I work full time as a pediatric registered nurse – night shifts, even though I consider myself a morning person! *lol* I’m full of ironies! When I’m not being a wife, mom, or nurse, I spend my little free time crafting. I consider myself a scrapbooker with rubber-stamping tendencies! I love both hobbies equally, but most of all, I enjoy just taking the time to CREATE! I consider my style clean and simple, fun, yet mixed with a lot of CUTE! I’m SUPER excited to be a Skipping Stones Stamp Tramp and be a part of such a wonderful and talented team!
I’m married to an amazing guy named Jake who fully supports my craft addiction, thankfully! I have two wonderful kids, Gwynie (12) and Brady (8) who are the funniest and cutest kids you’ll ever meet (but I may be a bit biased). I love reading, sleeping in on the weekends, Skinny Vanilla Lattes from Starbucks, laughing until my cheeks hurt, and playing Dance Central on the Xbox/Kinect with the coolest friends a girl could have. In my “spare time” I love stamping, cardmaking, scrapbooking, and writing craft articles and reviews for Craft Critique. I’ve been fortunate enough to have my work published in CARDS magazine, Scrapbook Trends and Paper Crafts magazine. When not doing all those fun things, I work full time in HR/Recruiting for an amazing company.
I’m a graphic designer by trade, wife, mama to two energetic, young boys-and I’ve always been a crafter at heart (who now usually has to craft at night!) I like to expand my boundaries by experimenting and showcasing the capabilities of each stamp set that I pick up. I’m passionate about composition and color and am an advocate of clean design in my creations. I’m super excited to be chosen to represent Skipping Stones Design!
My name is Katie Gehring, and I am so excited to be joining the Skipping Stones Design Team! Like many, I am a scrapbooker turned stamper and card maker. I discovered the world of papercrafting in 2001 through scrapbooking and in 2007, I added stamping and card making to the mix. Through stamping and card making I found that I love being able to make something heartfelt and unique to give to my friends and family. In 2011, I started sharing my creations through my blog and submitting my work for publication. You will be able to see some of my projects in upcoming issues and special publications of Paper Crafts Magazine and Cricut Magazine. By day, I work in Human Resources and spend my evenings and weekends with my two inquisitive and energetic little girls and my dear husband of almost 11 years. We live in Northeast Ohio with our four (yes 4) cats and lots of antique automobiles.
These days I love teaching classes at my local craft store and creating projects for my blog, Pink Tulle with Feathers and Sequins. I have been an independent concept designer for several manufacturers in the industry, and am excited to continue to work with Verve Stamps as well as Skipping Stones Design.
Hi, my name is Stephanie Mino and I’m so happy to be joining this wonderful DT using Skipping Stones stamps. I am a 5th grade teacher in a small, public school and love every minute of my job. This will be my 14th year in the classroom and feel extremely fortunate to be able to mold the minds of 10 year-olds. After school, I’m a happy card-making fool! I have only been making cards since July 2010 (never doing any scrapbooking or paper crafts prior), but truly think after 41 years, I’ve finally found my “crafty” niche. I think the reason I love making cards so much is because each and every one of the cards I create are totally different and I never get bored because there are so many different techniques. Speaking of techniques, I love learning all kinds of new paper-crafting techniques by watching way too many videos and reading way too many tutorials and magazines. I will admit that I’m still learning and trying to find “my” style, but I am hoping that you will find some inspiration in my work.
Hi everyone! My name is Wendy Price and I live in southern New Jersey with my husband and kids. I’ve been scrapbooking and stamping for over 8 years now. What started as a way to preserve my son’s 1st year memories quickly turned into a passion. I love the creative outlet that papercrafting provides and try to spend a bit of time in my studio everyday! I’m so excited to be joining Skipping Stones Design!

Hello! My name is Taylor Usry, and I live with my husband and two kids in southern Virginia. I’ve been an avid crafter my whole life, but I’ve only been obsessed with paper crafting for the last 8 years or so. I cannot remember a time when I didn’t have a crayon, marker, glue stick, ribbon, or something crafty in my hands! I could wander amongst the craft aisles all day every day, and be quite happy. I’m often asked if I have a particular style – I’d say it’s eclectic. There really isn’t much I don’t like, or anything I won’t try. I love every aspect of the creative world.
I’m honored to currently be part of several talented design teams, and thank you so much for coming on this fantastic adventure with me!

Hi, I am excited too that Kim Teasdale is the first sketch artist, I love her cards, by the way, my name is Clory, I love make handmade cards, I sell handmade cards for my friend, familiy and also starting selling in ebay, I just opened my scrapbooking store in ebay just a few day ago, I am little confuse, but I am excited about my store, still building it. I really I would like to be in your team design and become one of the family member of your company. I am going to send you some of my past cards, I don’t have any of your stamps, but I can use Kim first sketch.
